This Limited Warranty contains the sole express warranty made by Kraken Power PC. ("Company") in connection with new desktop and notebook computer systems sold by Company ("Product"). BY PURCHASING OR ACCEPTING THE PRODUCT, THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS PART OF THE TERMS OF SALE, CONSTITUTES A BINDING AGREEMENT, AND MAY BE ENFORCED AGAINST YOU BY COMPANY. Any warranties, if separately provided in writing, are extended only to the Buyer whose name is shown on Company's invoice and/or contract. All products are covered by manufacturer's warranty, if applicable, and Company shall not be responsible for any such warranty services or claims, except as set forth herein. Company shall not be obligated to provide any warranty service or obligations unless Buyer has paid its purchases in full under this or any other Company invoice.

  • A large percentage of warranty returns are tested to be without fault. If the product is found to be not faulty, a $25 service fee per item may be charged and the non-faulty items will be shipped back to you at your expense. As such we recommend troubleshooting and testing with another system to make sure an item is faulty before returning it.
  • All goods sold by Kranken Power come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. All Kranken Power customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.
  • All products carry return to base warranty unless otherwise stated. No advance replacement is available. Return shipping and insurance fees are paid by the customer when sending goods back to Kranken Power , unless special discount / arrangement given. Kranken Power will pay  shipping fees when sending goods back to the customer.
  • Proof of purchase are required for all returns. An online return authorisation must be filed and approved for any products being sent back to Kranken Power. For more information please visit www.kppc.com.au.
  • A $50 per hour fee may apply if warranty goods are found to be without fault.
  • Returns of non-faulty items are considered on a case by case basis. A minimum 15% restocking fee applies.
  • Above goods remain the property of Kranken Power until payment has been received in full. Until title passes, Kranken Power can retain, repossess and/or resell all goods.

Kraken Power PC is proud of the excellent reputation our custom built systems have and we stand behind our products 100%. We will endeavour to resolve faults with your Kraken Power PC Computer System promptly upon return to us. Most issues with our custom built computers can be resolved within a few days.

If you are unsure if the goods are faulty please contact any of our service departments before bringing or sending the goods back. Our team may be able to resolve your issue without actually needing to bring the goods back to us.

Every product comes with a different manufacturer warranty duration, these warranty durations are strictly enforced on Gaming by our suppliers and we are obliged to pass on this enforcement. We strongly recommend contacting Gaming as soon as you establish you have a faulty product.

All returns must be issued a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).

All Budget PC sold used products are covered under minimum 3 months return to base warranty.

Q: Where to find your windows activation key?

A: Most Windows licence key are located on the side panel of your computer case, if you are using a notebook, windows activation key may be located at the bottom of your notebook or under the battery.

Most Kraken Power PC products are flat packed and designed in such a way that they are easy for you to take home yourself. However, if your car isn't big enough, or you just don’t want to take your purchases with you, we can deliver your purchases right to your door.

We offer delivery to almost anywhere in Australia. Delivery service is based on the delivery method and destination.

The delivery method is based on the weight/volume, size and retail value of your order. Based on the above criteria, your order will be delivered by parcel or truck to ensure that your articles arrive in premium condition.

We accept cash payment. There is no surcharge forCash/EFTPOS/Direct Deposit payments.

Our EFTPOS terminal has daily withdrawal limit of $800-$1000. You can request to increase your withdrawal limit by contacting your bank.

There is no surcharge for Cash/EFTPOS/Direct Deposit payments.

We accept all EFTPOS cards. Paying by EFTPOS is only available for pickup. Cash out is not available!
